Tristan Assist has been developed and built with features that make sure that that sentiment always prevails. Having the ability to filter emails based on any criteria that our users choose is a big part of that effort.From your Tristan Assist desktop portal, you can set two different types of filters based on three different criteria. First of all, you can set privacy filters based on sender, keywords in the subject line, or keywords in the body of the message. For example, if you don’t want Tristan Assist’s operators to see emails from your husband or wife, add his or her email address to a Private filter and anything received from him or her will never be seen by our Tristan Assistants, whether you have Tristan Assist turned on or not, and instead will be delivered directly to your native email inbox, as if the service is not turned on.
Want certain messages from your clients to be for your eyes only?
Tell your clients to include the word Confidential (or whatever you choose) in the subject and set a privacy filter for all subject lines that contain that word, and those emails will go straight to your inbox without passing Tristan Assist’s screens.
Do you coach a sports team or run a social group? Set a private filter for anything that mentions football or bridge club or whatever is applicable in the body and again, these emails will bypass our system and wind up directly in your native email inbox.
What if you have a very needy client that you want to be alerted to any and every communication from? You can set our system to treat every email from that sender as High Priority and you’ll get a smartphone alert and the email directly to your inbox. By the same token, if you have a search set up for “now” buyers in a hot market, you will want to see those emails immediately. Set a High Priority filter for some of the wording in those subject lines and you’ll always be immediately on top of it. Is there a vendor that you want to keep on top of offerings from? To make sure these emails don’t go to Junk mail, set a Low Priority filter so you can review when you want to. Tired of getting mortgage rate updates, but don’t know how to unsubscribe? Set a Junk Mail filter for everything that mentions “rate update” in the body.
